The 13-room sanctuary’s style takes advantage of Los Cabos’ abundant sunshine with plenty of large windows and a minimalist feel featuring light woods and white fabrics. An indoor/outdoor yoga area allows for alfresco stretching, and the hydrotherapy garden lets you soak up some rays while luxuriating in a cabana-covered Jacuzzi.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of Zen in the form of Asian-inspired therapies utilizing luxe NaturaBissé products. After a hydrating facial or muscle-melting massage, be sure to linger over a cup of tea or infused water in the open-air relaxation lounge — an extra dose of vitamin D is just the way to cap off your Mexican spa day.

Nobu’s signature Japanese Zen style lends itself beautifully to Esencia Wellness’ sun-splashed design. Filtered through oversized windows, natural light reflects off the light wood interiors to bathe the space in sunshine.
Making use of Los Cabos’ most popular feature, the idyllic weather, the spa offers plenty of opportunities for indoor/outdoor lounging. The walled relaxation courtyard provides privacy and sunlight, while the alfresco wet areas have myriad ways to cool off.
Make time to unwind in the spa’s outdoor hydrotherapy garden. The coed lounge features experiential showers, cabana-covered Jacuzzis, steam and sauna facilities and a hydrotherapy pool.
The 13,691-square-foot spa also plays host to a light-filled salon, equipped for all manner of primping and prepping for a night out. From makeup and waxing services to mustache-trimming for gents, the petite beauty counter does it all.
The airy gym follows the spa’s design lead with light woods and loads of windows. Hop on a stationary bike for a quick sweat session or visit the outdoor pavilion for a few sun salutations.

The Treatments

Asian-inspired treatments like the Nagomi Ritual give a dose of Nobu’s Japanese luxury. This 105-minute service begins with a floral foot bath followed by an essential-oil-infused massage, facial cleanse and body exfoliation, finished off with a warm herbal wrap to calm your muscles, purify your skin and soothe your mind.
If you want the effects of Botox without the sting of a needle, you’ll love the Inhibit Face Lift. The non-invasive facial invigorates tired skin after just one treatment thanks to a highly concentrated application of products.
Replenish dry skin with the 110-minute Citrus Drench body treatment. Featuring a highly concentrated vitamin C emulsion, the hydrating service leaves you firm and glowing.

A 3,723-square-foot fitness facility provides everything you need to maintain that hard-earned beach body, from a fully equipped gym to an indoor/outdoor venue for yoga and spinning.
A light-filled salon offers services ranging from a mani/pedi and brow wax to a full cut and color. Men can get in on the pampering with a full shave or beard trim.
While the outdoor hydrotherapy garden is certainly a highlight, if you prefer to avoid the sun, enjoy classic indoor facilities like a sauna, a steam room and an experiential shower.
