• The spa uses local ingredients, like the “moonflower” (from the pitaya plant indigenous to Baja that blooms at night), fragrant pineapple, regional honey and, of course, tequila.
• As with everything at Las Ventanas, a highlight of the Los Cabos spa is the excellent service. This Rosewood property prides itself on staff tenure, and many therapists have been with the spa a decade or more.
• The luxury spa is an oasis seen only by guests and a select few — and that’s a good thing. Hidden away on the hillside, the spa grounds are accessible only by walking through the reception area and changing rooms.

• Choose from services like Spiritual Chilam, where you’ll enjoy meditation with crystals, or the evening twilight ceremony, held daily at sundown, which employs crystal singing bowls, sage smoke and shaman prayers.
• Massage technicians trained for more than 100 hours each to practice the spa’s new signature massage, a 90-minute ritual that combines an aromatherapy blend of your choice along with fluid, flowing long strokes and a blend of Breema, shiatsu, Esalen, Thai, Swedish and Indonesian techniques.
