Le Cirque Las Vegas

Fine dining under a Vegas big top
VERIFIED LUXURY
The original Le Cirque is legendary because the food is spectacular, and because the service, often led by family patriarch Sirio Maccioni himself, is stellar and welcoming, not stuffy and snobby.

Le Cirque at Bellagio holds to the same principles. Maccioni’s sons are Las Vegas residents these days, and they can be seen daily at Le Cirque, running the restaurant to the same exacting standards as its East Coast sibling.

In the vibrantly colored, circus-tent-like dining room, expertly executed French cuisine is served. Le Cirque’s signature dish, the potato-crusted sea bass with a red wine reduction, lives up to its reputation as an outstanding offering.

Our Inspector's Highlights
  • Le Cirque Las Vegas is located inside Bellagio, the famed Four-Star Las Vegas hotel that’s right in the heart of Sin City. With its prime location near the center of the Las Vegas Strip, Le Cirque is just minutes from all of the city’s most famous hot spots.
  • Chef Wilfried Bergerhausen’s dishes are served in a fun, colorful atmosphere that manages to balance the playfulness of the circus with the refined style of the cuisine.
  • The Five-Star restaurant features some incredibly opulent décor, such as bright and bold colors, a flowing light shade resembling the big top and playful paintings depicting circus scenes.
  • The classic French menu, expertly selected wine list and first-rate service all contribute to the upscale vibe of the trendy yet formal dining experience at Le Cirque.
Things to Know
  • Le Cirque Las Vegas is open for dinner Tuesdays through Sundays from 5 to 10 p.m., and it is closed on Mondays.
  • The dress code at Le Cirque Las Vegas is business elegant, and it is requested that you do not wear athletic clothes or shorts. We’d recommend staying away from jeans and sandals here too — you are in Vegas, so why not glam it up a bit?
  • Reservations for Le Cirque Las Vegas are strongly recommended and can be made two different ways. The first is to simply call the Las Vegas restaurant directly (866-259-7111); and the second is to use Le Cirque’s online reservation system.
The Food
  • The Five-Star Las Vegas eatery from famed restaurateur Sirio Maccioni serves classic French cuisine with a few twists. The dishes here range from tried-and-true favorites like sole meunière to fresh takes on traditional dishes, such as the Maryland blue crab with Russian Osetra caviar.
  • The potato-crusted Mediterranean sea bass is a signature here, but other stand-out entrees include the rabbit symphony with a Riesling mustard cream sauce and the Japanese wagyu beef strip loin.
  • Desserts run the gamut from light and airy (a raspberry parfait with champagne gelée) to decadent (a stunning chocolate ball filled with praline mousse, white chocolate ice cream and hazelnut caramel crunch)
