The Restaurants
- Executive chef Andrea Atonini helms Imàgo, Hassler’s sixth-floor restaurant with jaw-dropping panoramic views. Atonini’s seasonal menu includes playfully creative dishes like sea urchin and saffron risotto with clementine or elegantly plated lamb with goat cheese and a fresh wild herb salad.
- Traditional Roman fare can be found at Hassler Bistrot, a rotating restaurant experience that offers chef Marcello Romano's plates in the refined drawing room Salone Eva in winter and the pleasant, alfresco Palm Court in summer. While both are beautiful venues, Palm Court's charming garden and historic ivy-covered stone walls are particularly picturesque.
