- The ground level is a collection of beautifully designed meeting areas showing off star Italian designers with pieces by B&B Italia, Cassina, Fendi Casa and Flos, plus more than 500 works of art by modern and contemporary artists.

The Restaurants
- Perched on Excelsior Gallia's seventh floor, Terazza Gallia is the hotel's distinctive rooftop restaurant and bar. The dynamic dining room is helmed by chefs (and brothers) Vincenzo and Antonio Lebano under the guidance of the acclaimed Cerea family, resulting in a masterful blend of traditional Italian recipes with modern flair, all paired with exquisite Italian wine, of course.
- Two signature tasting menus (featuring dishes like bouillabaisse soup with Kombu seaweed and sea truffle, lamb in Mediterranean barbecue sauce, and tomato ice cream with caramel mousse ) highlight the brothers’ talents, but an a la carte option is equally as appetizing.
