- Biltmore’s working farm provides many estate-grown ingredients, including vegetables, berries, eggs, lamb and even hybrid wagyu beef, to the property’s restaurants. The Inn’s chefs also partner with farmers and ranchers in Western North Carolina for locally sourced trout, cheese, Angus beef and pork.

Winter (after the hectic holiday season) is a little quieter for those who enjoy snowy scenes with lower rates. Spring brings the grounds to life with spectacular flowers and greenery in the garden.
- One of summer's highlights is a concert series on the southern lawn that has attracted headliners such as The Beach Boys, Allison Krauss and the late Natalie Cole.
- You won’t need your car once you arrive at this picturesque property. A complimentary shuttle will take you to the historic Biltmore House, nearby Antler Hill Shopping Village with the Biltmore Winery’s tasting room (also within a short walking distance from the hotel) and to and from downtown Asheville.
